What’s not allowed

• For health reasons (altitude sickness), children aged 3 and under are not transported on the installations between Tr. Steg and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.
• Pregnant women are also not advised to participate in this experience.

• Zermatt is a car-free location. To reach the meeting point, use public transportation or take a taxi.
• This is not a guided tour.
• Cable cars let you carry bikes up to Trockener Steg, giving you access to thrilling high-altitude trails at scenic mid-mountain stops.
• Pets, specifically dogs, are welcome at Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and ride free; just keep them leashed or in a carrier as needed.
• Your cable car ticket includes free access to local bus services within Zermatt.

Accessibility

• This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users. You must be able to run a few steps at take-off.
• This tour isn’t recommended for those over 90 kg, or anyone with back issues or heart conditions.
• Children under 5 aren’t permitted on this flight due to safety regulations.

• Take-off locations like Rothorn or Blauherd are chosen on the day based on weather.
• Transport to the take-off site isn’t included in the experience, but your pilot will assist you with tickets. You can also get a discount worth 50% with a Swiss Travel Pass or Half Fare Card.
• Flights are weather-dependent. Delays or rescheduling may happen.
• Summer months (June–November) offer the best flying conditions.
