Great value for money. With good planning one can take full advantage of the Swiss Pass. We fit in the Glazier Express, two days in Zurich, Lucerne and Zurich lake rides, Mount Rigi and much more.

Zermatt the alpine village. I am betting its best viewed in winters season. My October trip wasn't that awesome after having been to titlis and interlaken where snowy mountains with greens looked better to eyes. But matterhorn is still a beauty so yes if winters it will.be special where everything is covered. Otherwise this mountain is high as it gets. Great altitude coverage . Must visit if times allows. For skiing its a dreamland. Will visit again in winters.

The train departs on time and travels at a slow uphill pace through wonderful countryside. You can get on and off the train at any time. It would have been nice if an announcement had explained a bit more about the mountains - especially for the price!

It took them a long time to provide me with the pass, instead of 2 hours, it was almost two days. Afterwards, I found it useful because all the bus and train tickets were 50% off. I was only there for 5 days, so I didn't benefit much from the savings. If I had stayed a month, the savings would have been very considerable.

Hi Ticket experience was great. They didn't expect anything extra just the ID number given. Other ticket providers are very challenging as tickets seem to double up. They provide you with a voucher code then they email tickets at the last minute. One was morning of a tour. Internet can be inconsistent so emails may not come through for tickets.

With the ticket code, you could simply have the ticket for the journey printed out on a printer at the Gornergradbahn terminal. The ride was very beautiful and exciting - steep up the mountain. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't so good, but the trip was still very nice.

Thanks to the online ticket, I was able to board the train without having to wait or queue. A seat on the right-hand side of the train was perfect for the view of the Matterhorn and the magnificent landscape. There is something for everyone up at the top station, and there are also easily accessible viewpoints. The whole excursion was of course characterized by the good weather and the good view of the Matterhorn and the Gornegrat glacier.
