Just so cool, even though the weather didn't allow us to see the top we still had great views.
We had a fantastic day with a cloudless sky, so we were able to enjoy the mountain and glacier scenery. The preferred approach worked wonderfully. We already had a fantastic view of the Matterhorn on the ascent.
We took the train to Gornergrat on a rainy morning. When we arrived it was snowing! We did not get to see the Matterhorn due to the the cloud cover However it was an amazing experience!!! The earlier you go the less crowded it is. The train ride to Gornergrat provided exceptional views of Zermatt! Even though the weather was not ideal it was a wonderful experience
Everything was fine but the priority boarding lane wasnt open, so we couldn't board first. We had to wait for a big group of senior citizens to board first.
Imposing mountain world up close, or right in the middle of it! Sensational!
Excellent in everything, tickets only available via app though, they don't arrive on email. Positive experience.

Just so cool, even though the weather didn't allow us to see the top we still had great views.
The opportunity to see up to 34 4000-metre peaks and 14 glaciers as well as the magnificent, varied views on the Selbahn ride at a reasonable price. Plus the glacier grotto, which really impressed us. The term "glacier paradise" is no exaggeration. It's worth noting that the train route has several intermediate stations, which offers plenty of opportunities for getting on and off the train. For example, getting off at Torckenen Steg on the return journey and getting on again at Furi, after the descent had, contrary to expectations, taken its toll on our bones. Also worth mentioning during our two-night stay: The friendliness and courtesy of the locals! We are happy to recommend Zermatt in every respect.
Amazing experience. Easy to go there. Everything worked perfectly. We'll definitely come back. Buying tickets from Headout worked perfectly. Received instruction were clear and easy to understand and follow

It was a beautiful ride up and down! Would do it again if we ever go back to Europe. Would recommend to anyone going to Zermatt.

The views were incredible and it was snowing too. Would appreciate more signages leading to the location. Also perhaps a clothes rental service for guests who are not dressed appropriately.
Everything. Organized to perfection.
Everything! The cable cars, the views! Just wish I had taken my skis!

The scenery was breathtaking! We definitely recommend taking this journey to the top! On our day the Ice Palace was closed for maintenance and the sound system in the Cinema Lounge area wasn't working. Fortunately there was plenty of scenery all around to take in!
This experience is perfect for my first time using the app, everything was very fast, I showed the reservation I made in the app and they already had my ticket printed, it didn't even take 2 minutes to check me in.
Different experience with views and chance to go to Italy.

Best day out. We stayed in Wilderswil in small traditional hotel with parking. Walk to train took 2 mins ! no need to go to Interlaken. Scanned tickets & Boardedf train , nxt was Gondola - amazing scenery & best weather conditions @ 9.45am. Boarded mountain train from Grindlewald thru the mountain to Jungfraujoch !! awesome 🤩
Magnificent view of the glacier, and don't hesitate to go as far as the highest restaurant (alpinist hut, 40-minute walk). There are no more Asian tourists, who are simply unbearable (they think they're alone in the world and take a photo every second, so everyone has their own way of visiting).
This was an amazing experience. We got really lucky with the weather as it was clear day. Tickets worked fine no issues at all. This will be memorable experience.
Booking was easy. The app worked if there was network, but without network the app crashed (iPhone). The instructions were a bit unclear: time to return was either 2 or 3 hours and no exact time given. Instructed to go to the "booking point" but there is no such thing. You go to train or scan the code at the gate.
Awesome to get onto plateau and look around at beautiful mountain peaks with snow. Needs to be clearer on which tickets to be used on gondola vs train.
The trip was fun. Perhaps indicate more clearly that you have to get off at Grindelwald Terminal, i.e. not stay on until the last stop. However, I did not know how to get a time for the time slot. Also, the app did not work after we got off the gondola, so I could not show the scan code.
Absolutely loved the views at the top, gondola, restaurant, ice palace - everything was amazing, except the clarity of the information. Our return descent booked for 2 hours later it says, we had no clue when this 2 hours started from. Reservations end at a certain time apparently (couldn't find this information online anywhere either). Time slots? Reservation information? We were so confused so we just went straight up without taking our time, and when we got up, it was packed and then we did take our time. We stayed longer than 2 hours and thankfully the queues and the whole journey down wasn't too delayed when we didn't have a reservation.
This extraordinary journey is filled with mind blowing views! We hired a guide to trek onto the glacier as well. Truly magical.
We were in Switzerland for only 9 days but the half fare card saved us some dollars as we visited 3 cities via train and made bookings for sightseeing. It was very much worth it.
It was great. Only thing is we did not have access to look out for bad weather. Also, we had to pay 50chf extra for missing the first slot . We had to catch train from interlaken ost at 10:34 instead of 10:04 that costed us pay extra. Otherwise it was great.
Visiting Jungfraujoch was an unforgettable experience — truly worthy of its title as the “Top of Europe.” The journey itself, via the cogwheel train through the stunning Swiss Alps, was magical. Once at the summit, the panoramic views of snow-covered peaks, the vast Aletsch Glacier, and the crisp alpine air created a surreal atmosphere. Everything was well-organized, from the attractions like the Ice Palace and Sphinx Observatory to the walking paths with breathtaking vistas. It’s a must-visit destination that blends natural beauty, engineering marvel, and peaceful grandeur all in one place.
We had no problems with our reserved tickets getting from train to cable car. The Junfrauoch station was very crowded and had too many shops and restaurants and not enough places to enjoy outside.
I like the fact that with the half fare card I also got a very good deal on e-sim which worker very well throughout Switzerland. The delivery for both the products ie Half fare card and e-sim was speedy as well.
Fantastic Experience. Easy to follow instructions on how to get to jungfrau and the Swiss rail system is first class. Gondola was something else and the view from the top was out of this world. Worth every penny.
A long-cherished dream came true. Apart from that, the staff are very helpful and friendly
The experience was seamless. It was pretty easy to navigate.
Ice palace, views, transport
Beautiful, but less expensive would be better
I had a difficult time with the height.
During my 9-day stay, I saved a lot more than the Swiss Half Fare Card cost. I recommend it!
It help us to have a good discount for public transportation.
Easy to use, saved us some money
It was amazing! The esim works perfectly.
Everything worked smoothly.
Organization and the beauty of de placenta.
