Children under 3 are not allowed on the section between Trockener Steg and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise due to health risks associated with altitude sickness.
The cable car is wheelchair accessible.
Dogs are not allowed on the trains.
The trains are fully accessible for wheelchairs and bicycles.
Children aged 5 and under can travel for free but are not entitled to their own seat.
You will still need to make a mandatory seat reservation for the Glacier Express. Reserved seats are automatically assigned based on availability.

These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

4/5/7-day passes are valid for 30 days after activation, and 10/15-day passes are valid for 60 days after activation.
